The internal combustion engines using Gasoline, Diesel or LPG during their operation gets very “dirty” from carbon deposits that are sitting in the intake, the valves, the combustion chamber, the exhaust system, on various sensors and of course in the catalytic converter or DPF. This is called carbon built up in the engine.
The carbon built up reduces the efficiency of the engine especially in low-mid rpm and increases the vibration. As a result, you have increased noise and consumption that can lead to the point to cause damages in vital internal components with great impact on your monthly budget. While the carbon built up is a process that is occurring constantly in all engines, the way the built up increases is not the same to all. The increasing of the built up is due to various factors and the most crucial are:
A. The constant use of low quality fuel with no cleaning additives
B. The conservative and economical driving
C. The structure of the engine itself
D. Possible damages that causes low efficiency in the combustion
E. Modifications that creates different conditions in the combustion chamber than the manufacturer’s specifications.

– With non invasive applications (no dismantle) that are truly expensive and use chemicals that are free at the end in the environment or need special recycling process.
